Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Upon confirmation of your order and receipt of payment, we initiate a detailed procedure that includes verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 48 hours.

Shipping Duration:

Shipping time refers to the interval between dispatch from our warehouses and arrival at the destination. We employ a secure checkout process on our site to ensure the safety of our customers and services@panergy.com. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we thoroughly verify our customers and fulfill orders.

Once dispatched, your package will arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your geographic location and product availability. Our primary warehouse is located in California, facilitating swift delivery within 3-5 days for customers in the USA.

Our Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance typically takes 5 -7 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates based on data from over 10,000 orders. Some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center used.

Global Shipping:

As a multinational corporation, Panergy strategically operates warehouses across the globe to guarantee seamless international product distribution. We offer international shipping through trusted carriers, and orders may be shipped from anywhere in the EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc., through our partnership with USPS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Fees, taxes, and duties may apply for international orders, and these fees are not included in the product or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees incurred during customs clearance. Panergy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking:

Upon placing your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email containing your Order # and purchase details. Order cancellations or changes to shipping information must be made by midnight on the day of purchase. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, which usually takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once this process is complete.

A Shipping Update email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email due to package scans intervals. This is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

Delivery Time:

Most US-based orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse within 24-72 hours for maximum efficiency. In case of stock unavailability in the US warehouse, we have backup storage in Asia, and your order will be shipped directly from there, arriving within 1 to 2 weeks (US Only).

For worldwide (non-US) customers, your product will arrive within 2-5 weeks, depending on your shipping address. Please note that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection or transportation delay caused by courier service. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Panergy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Panergy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missed Deliveries:

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note advising whether your order has been left at a safe location, a neighbor’s house, or needs to be collected from the local depot. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Refund Policy:

We prioritize your satisfaction. If the product does not meet your needs, we are ready to help you with a return or exchange. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
